All orders are shipped by Motor Freight carriers. These Motor Freight companies are not your typical UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service. They will NOT move the crate where you want it. Products will be delivered to the back of the truck (the tailgate). This is called Curbside Delivery. It is your responsibility to remove the product(s) from the truck, expect it to be very bulky and heavy. Door Units can weigh up to 500 pounds when crated, so we recommend at least 2-3 people be present when the product is delivered. Do not expect the driver of the truck to assist you with unloading, however, often times the driver will help, but they are NOT required to. They will move your product to the tail of their truck and from that point on, the load is yours to manage. It is our recommendation that if your order is being delivered to a residential address or a location that does not have a loading dock, that lift gate service be purchased. We also recommend that you have a handcart available in order to transport the product from the street/driveway to an area where you can unpack the product in a thorough and safe manner. When purchasing a door, we will list a standard estimated shipping time. However, due to supply and demand during peak seasons these time frames can vary for certain high-demand models. Once your order ships, deliveries take up to seven business days, depending on the warehouse and the delivery locations.
